I have 25 years experience in the Writing & Publishinng Industry. I founded a local writers group 15 years ago and teach topics 2x a month and have served as faculty for Writers Confereces. My passion is to help Christian writers learn their craft, learn the industry, and learn to write to their target audience.

I am very comfortable teaching 1-1 as well as to 1,000 people. My sweet spot is less than 50 participants, which allows more engagement and interaction with writers.

Virtual and in-person options are both acceptable. I can meet with your writers group, teach pre-conference learning labs and workshops, as well as conference workshops or continuing sessions. I adapt to your needs.

My decades of public speaking throughout my career, as well as my experience in writing & publishing also make me an excellent option to keynote at your event.

The Writing & Publishing Industry, A-Z for New Writers
This topic can be expanded and condensed based on the length of teaching time available. Either way, writers will gain a deeper understanding of the industry arena they are stepping into. Resources are included.

The Value of Writing Short
Participants will learn the value of learning writing short before they write full length books. Each will leave with resources and a clear pathway of how to implement writing short as a means of learning the craft of writing while becoming a published author. Length can be expanded/condensed.

Understanding Publishing Options
Participants will explore the nauances of indie, hybrid, and traditional publishing. They will gain an understanding of how the three pathways are similar and how they differ. As with the others, this topic can be expanded/condensed to meet the timeline of your meeting.
